Advanced Placement (AP) courses provide a successful path for high school students, allowing them to delve into college-level education to prepare for a bright academic future. Available to students in our National and International High School Programs, these courses mirror what is taught in the best university preparatory programs.
Students who score 3 or higher on an AP exam can earn college credit or even secure placement in advanced courses at various North American universities. Additionally, students have the opportunity to take any of the 38 AP exams offered by the College Board, covering areas such as Arts, English Language, History, Social Sciences, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, world languages, and cultures.
Recently, the School Board released the preliminary AP exam results for the 2022-23 academic year. We are pleased to inform you that of the 182 Advanced Placement exams taken by our students in 2023, 75.82 percent of the exams earned scores of 3 or higher. This achievement exemplifies our students’ high level of preparedness and their dedication to their studies.
Furthermore, we are incredibly proud to report that in 2023, more students received the prestigious AP Scholar Awards, Diplomas, and Certificates than at any other time in the history of our school! Our students have excelled academically and received recognition for their extraordinary achievements.
